I am writing on behalf of Brian, the instructor assigned to us by Manage Assist, Inc. Sun Noodle, Inc, contracted with Manage Assist to help secure a state funded training grant and conduct various skill training courses for our management team. Brian has been conducting these bi-weekly training sessions from June 2025 to September 2025. Being a smaller company, Sun Noodle was in great need for staff development, we have very knowledgeable and dedicated people, but we needed to expand their leadership skills to enhance proper communication with the employees. We also wanted to develop the “rising stars” to create a pipeline of internal talent to grow with the Company.  He was very patient with each group. He was able to make each employee contribute, there was no hiding in a corner with him. Each course, the employees would be involved discussing the topics.  The tools and knowledge that the instructor demonstrated to the team will go a long way to grow everyone personally as well as Sun Noodle. We has also identified next steps for additional training such as Six Sigma and will be applying for another grant and hope that he will be available to bring more of his practical knowledge to our team. As he says, now that we have the knowledge, we need to use it!

Since we have had the opportunity to work with Brenda from ManageAssist this past year, the experience has been exciting for our organization. I wanted to let you know that P&R had their (successful) re-assessment audit last week for 3 days.  During the audit, our auditor, was very impressed with the new IA Team, trained by Tony of ManageAssist.  He was very pleased to know we now have 10 internal auditors – including representation from all departments.  In addition, he asked each of them about their portion (s) of the IA and their documented evidence.  I must say, I was one proud person when each one of them described the processes they audited, what they looked for, and the findings they reported.  Our auditor complimented each one of them for their attention to detail and how important their IA jobs are – to assure P&R finds any issues/addresses them so the 3^rd party does not.  Self-policing is always the way to go.    Each auditor also advised they learned so much more about the company while performing their audits.  I am instituting more frequent IAs to keep the energy alive.  I am also ordering P&R Internal Audit Team vests to add to the “work spirit!”   Many, many thanks again for the great programs you offer.  I cannot thank you enough for allowing us to continue to grow and thrive through the training we obtain from Tony and ManageAssist.

I had the opportunity once again to attend three on-site practical training sessions provided by Manage Assist to our employees in Philadelphia, PA.  The training program delivered included refreshing training on Food Defense & Food Fraud Awareness, Good Manufacturing Practices for Plant Employees and Food Allergens.  The food safety training materials delivered by Brian, our assigned instructor, were well organized and highly competent.  He has a great ability to have influence on people.  I received positive feedback this week when a plant worker approached me while I was doing a walkthrough of the production floor, and he asked me “when am I going to another training session” because he really enjoyed it.  Brian exhibits a great ability to engage with participants so they really remember him.  I would highly recommend Manage Assist to any company looking for training needs for their organization.

I am writing on behalf of ManageAssist and our instructors that were assigned to our training, Brian and Tony. The Anheuser-Busch Newark Brewery contracted with ManageAssist to secure funding via the NJ Upskill Grant to conduct leadership development and lean manufacturing training for our management team and our front line workers. Over the last few years, we hired many new employees and without a benchmark when these employees started, this training proved to be key in emphasizing the importance of and establishing a baseline for basic leadership skills, 5S, and workplace organization. During our year training program, the instructor facilitated 16 courses that ranged from leadership develop for new managers to fundamentals of lean manufacturing courses for our frontline employees with varying levels of experience. These courses proved to be vital in our team’s development as they began and continued their careers with our company. We immediately saw a boost in engagement and pride in each work area with a renowned focus on 5S and workplace organization. As a result of these courses, employees began to express new ideas and concerns that contributed to new innovations to improve general communication, feedback, and development. The tools an knowledge that the team acquired during these classes will go a long way in the development of our employees as we strive to be world class manufacturer in the State of New Jersey.

With over 25 years experience managing people, I can say without reservation that Brian, our instructor assigned to us by ManageAssist, is the most complete and competent educator that I have ever worked with in a business. I personally benefited tremendously from his training, insights, and experience.
