New Course: Psychological Safety
In today’s fast‑changing, hybrid work environment, the biggest driver of team performance isn’t talent—it’s how people work together. Our new course Psychological Safety, helps leaders understand the science behind psychological safety and apply practical behaviors that build trust, candor, and inclusion. Through interactive exercises and real‑world examples, participants learn how to assess team dynamics, repair trust, and embed psychological safety into daily work.
What is Psychological Safety?
Psychological Safety is the shared belief that one will not be punished or humiliated for speaking up with ideas, questions, concerns, or mistakes — is the foundation of high-performing teams. Without it, errors go unreported, innovation stalls, and talent disengages.
This 8-hour course is designed to help participants understand the neuroscience and research behind psychological safety, learn to assess and measure it on their own teams, practice the leader behaviors and team practices that build it, navigate the Four Stages (Inclusion, Learner, Contributor, and Challenger Safety), and build a personal action plan for embedding safety into their culture.
